Properties can be viewed during the open for inspection times listed, or by contacting our property manager to make
a time that is convenient. Please note that many properties are usually still tenanted and notice of an inspection
requires at least 24 hours.

Once you’ve found the property you would like to apply for, please fill out a Tenancy Application Form and return it
to us via email, in person or fax. Your application will be acknowledged within 24 hours and you will be advised as
soon as the property owner has made a decision. Please note identification documents must be submitted with your
application.

If you are successful with your application, these are the next steps:

1. Come in to the office to sign a lease agreement
2. Provide payment (BPAY, cash or bank cheque) for:
   1. Security Bond – payable to the Bond Administrator
   2. Equivalent of two week’s rental (your property manager will advise amount)
3. We will provide you with:
   1. Keys to the rental property
   2. Information about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant (as per Government Legislation) which

   3. A property Condition Report (which you need to review, sign and return a copy to the office)
   4. Emergency maintenance and after hours numbers
